Corporate Healthcare Associate

The candidate' must be an experienced Healthcare Associate with at least four years of experience handling corporate transactions and regulatory matters in the healthcare industry to join the its offices.D.C. Law firm experience is preferred and in-depth understanding of regulatory issues affecting transactions required, including but not limited to; Fraud and Abuse, Stark, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, licensure and provider number change of ownership, health care professional-MSO relationships, physician compensation structures, and provider-payer relationships is required. The position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions and regulatory matters involving private equity firms investing in the health care industry, financial firms financing health care investments, and health care organizations, including: health care systems, hospitals, long term and post-acute care providers, physician organizations and other health care services-related businesses as well as potentially biopharma, pharma and medical device matters. Candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant Bar. Please include law school transcripts with submissions.
