Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and advocacy.
• Draft and refine motions, oppositions, appellate briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys to craft compelling legal arguments.
• Stay informed on evolving employment law precedents and legislative changes.
• Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to strengthen legal positions.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in California (preferred) or eligibility for admission.
• 4+ years of experience in legal research and writing, focusing on employment law.
• Proven ability to draft high-impact legal briefs and motions.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with litigation teams.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California (preferred) or eligibility for admission.
