Duties

• Assist with personal injury cases under supervision.
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Participate in hearings and handle motion practice.
• Collaborate with the legal team to support case strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Admission to the California State Bar and eligibility to practice law in California.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Candidates with prior experience in personal injury law, discovery, hearings, or motion practice will be given preference.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with legal tools such as Westlaw is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
