Case Manager
The candidate will optimize client services so that the Firm runs efficiently and caseloads are managed appropriately. Assist attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries with all aspects of case management, including deadlines, calendaring, billing, and providing reminders as necessary. Coordinate between attorneys, staff, and outside parties to manage the law firm’s caseload and ensure that deadlines are met. Organize and maintain all case files in accordance with the Firm’s policies. Communicate case status with clients and outside counsel as requested or directed. Provide exceptional and empathetic service to clients. Exceptional writing, organizational, communication, and administrative skills required. Previous case management experience is required (or experience in related jobs such as paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant) required. Computer literacy with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite required. A four-year degree is preferred.
