Commercial Litigation Associate

Profile

Seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience. Candidate must have an Arizona bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. Will have experience with all phases of commercial litigation including, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and communication with clients. Class action experience is a plus. Must have an excellent academic record, solid writing skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
