Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emerging growth/venture capital.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of Washington, DC.
