Location

Duties

• Handle loan origination for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity.
• Manage asset management and workout transactions.
• Lead transactions from inception to closing, including post-closing and secondary market repurchase facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies for transaction exits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex real estate finance transactions.
• High-level academic achievement.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.

• Expertise in structured commercial real estate finance, including loan origination and asset management.
