A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level International Tax Associate Attorney with expertise in transactional tax work and cross-border planning. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence. Utilize expertise in transactional tax work to provide strategic guidance to clients, particularly in cross-border planning and implementation. Demonstrate outstanding writing and analytical skills while fostering a friendly and collegial work environment.

Duties:

• Conduct research and analysis on international tax laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on tax implications of cross-border transactions and investments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax-efficient structures for multinational corporations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to navigate complex international tax issues.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in transactional tax work, with a focus on international taxation.
• Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
• Fluency in other languages is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• LL.M. in Taxation (preferred).
