Duties

• Advise clients on Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, probate avoidance, and Veterans' benefits.
• Conduct client consultations and develop customized legal strategies.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals, financial advisors, and senior living communities.
• Represent the firm through educational workshops, networking events, and public presentations.
• Contribute to the growth and visibility of the firm throughout Central Ohio.

Requirements

• Licensed Ohio attorney (additional state licenses are a plus).
• Experience in elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, or asset protection.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and business development focus.
• Passion for serving seniors, veterans, and their families with professionalism.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
