Duties
- Manage the full lifecycle of affordable housing deals, including site control and due diligence.
- Draft and negotiate core deal documents such as development agreements and loan agreements.
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, and government agencies on complex transactions.
- Advise on HUD programs and state housing finance agency requirements.
- Handle preservation, resyndications, and rehabilitation projects.
Requirements
- Six or more years of affordable housing experience.
- Experience with LIHTC, tax-exempt bond financings, and layered financing structures.
- Familiarity with HUD programs and mixed-finance projects.
- JD and active bar membership in good standing.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Active bar membership.

- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage multi-party, multi-deadline transactions.
