Duties:

• Attend court proceedings, mediations, and settlement conferences, presenting cases effectively.
• Advise and counsel clients on legal rights, options, and strategies throughout their cases.
• Collaborate with legal staff, including paralegals and administrative teams, to ensure efficient case management.
• Engage in negotiations to reach favorable settlements for clients when appropriate.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-7 years of litigation experience in family law.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle cases from inception to resolution.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and good standing with the State Bar.
