Duties

• Manage incoming calls and return calls promptly.
• Identify and assess clients' legal issues and document concerns.
• Review documents and contracts.
• Draft letters and documents for clients.
• Provide advice on business and legal transactions.
• Assist clients in determining solutions to legal conflicts.
• Handle a wide range of traffic issues.
• Perform legal research and provide general counsel.

Requirements

• Missouri Bar license (required).
• No public discipline on record for the last 10 years.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 apps including Word, Outlook, SharePoint & Teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in probate law is a plus.
• Experience in family law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Missouri Bar license.
