Duties

• Advise on federal, state, or local government contracting matters.
• Ensure compliance with government contracts, including FAR/DFARS and ethics.
• Handle or advise on bid protests, contract disputes, claims, or investigations.
• Draft and negotiate government contracts, subcontracts, and related documents.
• Provide guidance on regulatory frameworks like the False Claims Act.

Requirements

• Significant experience in government contracting matters.
• Experience with government contracts compliance and ethics.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and small business programs.
• Strong business judgment and practical guidance skills.
• A portable book of business.
• Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Education

• J.D. from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
