Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate law matters, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements related to mergers, acquisitions, and equity investments.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks in transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, financial advisors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.

• Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and discussions with third parties and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, with significant exposure to M&A and private equity.
• Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions and legal matters.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and manage legal risks effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to client service and ethical legal practice.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Indiana, in good standing.
