The candidate will work in insurance/judgment departments. Will be responsible for both telephone and computer work. Will look for a procedural and detailed oriented person primarily designated as a debt collector. Tasks involve utilizing system to investigate post-judgment collection avenues, working with a legal department on filings with the court, filing and following up with court filings, taking phone calls, taking payments and negotiating payoff agreements over the phone and extracting information for collection efforts. Experience is preferred. Will train the right candidate.
