Duties

- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Develop and execute effective defense strategies using scientific, medical, and technical evidence.
- Provide strategic legal guidance to clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues and experts to drive favorable outcomes.
- Stay current on legal developments affecting toxic tort and environmental litigation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Louisiana State Bar and in good standing.
- Experience in insurance defense litigation, including trial experience.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Louisiana State Bar.
