This role focuses on complex motion practice, dispositive motions, writs, and appellate matters, collaborating closely with litigation and trial teams. Duties

• Draft, research, and argue complex motions in personal injury cases.
• Support trial teams with jury charge issues and trial strategy.
• Handle post-trial motions, including motions for new trial and JNOVs.
• Draft and argue interlocutory and appellate briefs in Texas state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence.
• Experience in personal injury law preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
