Duties

• Provide legal representation and counsel clients on various legal issues.
• Advise on federal and state employment laws and related claims.
• Research and draft legal documents and agreements.
• Defend or prosecute civil claims in litigation.
• Address client concerns to enhance business retention.
• Engage in industry organizations to boost firm visibility.
• Represent the firm in various internal and external capacities.

Requirements

• J.D. and active California Bar license.
• 7-10+ years of attorney experience.
• 3+ years in Employment Law and/or Employment Litigation.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
