Duties

• Conduct due diligence, legal analysis, and risk assessment.
• Represent clients before administrative bodies and in dispute-resolution settings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.
• Manage multiple matters with increasing independence.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 5-7 years of experience in a law firm or comparable legal setting.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
• Strong drafting, analytical, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
