This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, with three days in-office and two days remote.

Duties

• Advocate for employees in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
• Handle whistleblower matters with diligence and integrity.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Commitment to employee rights and advocacy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
