Duties

• Collaborate on music industry transactions, including recording and publishing agreements.
• Handle music catalog acquisitions, sales, and management agreements.
• Negotiate joint venture, sponsorship, and endorsement agreements.
• Advise on digital licensing and copyright matters related to AI.
• Provide legal counsel on music M&A transactions, including due diligence and agreement preparation.

Requirements

• 5th - 8th year associate experience in music law.
• Proven track record in handling complex music transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California.
