The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our thriving litigation practice.  You will play a key role in all aspects of client representation, from pre-litigation counseling to courtroom advocacy and appeals.  You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging and rewarding cases, directly impacting the lives of workers and the unions that represent them.

What You Will Do:

• Represent unions and workers in labor and employment litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare for trial.
• Depose witnesses, argue motions, and represent clients in arbitrations and court.
• Partner with senior attorneys to develop winning case strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in labor and employment law.

What You Bring:

• License to practice law in California, Arizona, Nevada or Washington
• 3-7 years of litigation experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent oral advocacy skills
• Passion for labor, worker's rights and worker social justice
• Collaborative and collegial work style
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and skill level ($120,000 - $160,000)
