Job Overview

A law firm seeks a qualified Litigation Attorney to join its California-based practice group. This position is remote, with potential travel to the California office as needed. The role involves providing legal representation in real estate, civil litigation, and creditors' rights matters.

Duties

• Manage assigned matters using case management and reporting software.
• Conduct bench trials and motions practice with a focus on civil procedure.
• Handle court appearances and related travel requirements.
• Provide superior client care and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
• Experience with Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA & FDCPA.
• Strong foundation in motions and loss mitigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• CA Bar License (Required).
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
