Duties

• Oversee M&A transactions with limited supervision.
• Collaborate directly with partners, senior associates, and clients.
• Draft and negotiate complex corporate agreements.
• Engage in business development activities.

Requirements

• Experience in complex corporate M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic.
• Early-stage financing experience is a plus.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
