A law firm seeks a senior-level Corporate/M&A associate in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will join a highly regarded team, supporting clients and transactions with a focus on mentorship and direct client engagement.

Duties

• Support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Engage directly with clients to support their transactions.
• Supervise corporate associates and subject matter specialists.
• Draft substantive legal documents for complex transactions.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of law firm experience in a high-volume M&A practice.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with joint ventures, venture capital financings, and minority investments is a plus.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.

Skills

• Proficiency in all types of M&A transactions.
• Comfort interacting directly with clients.
