Associate Director of Partnerships and Outreach Initiatives
The Candidate will be responsible to create relationships and cultivate partnerships with undergraduate universities, CBOs, and specialty organizations for JD law recruitment. Maintain relationships with applicants recruited from LLM partnerships established by Associate Dean for International Partnerships. Maintain travel territory reports: collect and consolidate data reports from territory managers to create uniform report to assess recruitment strategies. Manage specialized on and off-campus recruiting programs for “GGU@” and “University@GGU”; Assist with the supervision of the day-to-day operations in the Office of Admissions; Assume secondary responsibility for managing the ACES 2 database, which may include designing reports and implementing systems upgrades; Evaluate applicant data in ACES 2; Assist Associate Dean with preparing statistical reports; Provide support with creating and updating training manuals and office handbooks for admissions staff and seasonal recruiters; Cultivate and maintain relationships with current law students and faculty to participate in specialized recruitment programs and conversion events; Brainstorm and aid in evaluating demographic and industry data (including LSAT registrations, application volumes and enrollment trends) to develop new and innovative ways to enhance recruitment strategies; Represent the law school at local, regional, national and international recruiting fairs, conferences and professional meetings; Manage own travel to local, regional, national and international recruiting events; Counsel applicants on admission policies and procedures; Launch student ambassador program and supervise program coordinator’s duties in scheduling of campus tours and class visits; Review applicant files and recommend admissions decisions as assigned by the Associate Dean; Maintain professional relationships with colleagues at other law schools and the Law School Admission Council; Serve as a representative to the Law School Admission Council; Serve as one the law school’s primary Designated School Officials for international students; Organize events and activities with other university departments and external constituents; Serve on law school and institutional committees, as directed.
