A law firm seeks a Mortgage Loan Repurchase Facility and Warehouse Lending Associate in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage loan warehouse facility transactions and will join a dynamic Global Finance group. This role involves working with both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate markets.

Duties

• Engage in repurchase facilities and warehouse lending transactions.
• Prepare and negotiate term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet to closing.

Requirements

• Experience with mortgage loan warehouse facilities.
• Hands-on experience in transaction document preparation and negotiation.
• Experience in managing key aspects of transactions.
• Commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse experience preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
