Location:

Duties:

• Develop and implement customized estate planning solutions for medium to high-net-worth clients, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
• Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts and trust/business systems for tax planning and asset protection purposes.
• Advise clients on tax-related matters related to estate planning and asset protection.
• Provide guidance on trust and estate administration, including probate, tax matters, and asset distributions.
• Manage day-to-day case activities, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are consistently updated.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of legal experience in estate planning, asset protection, and tax planning.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the relevant state bar (or ability to obtain membership if not currently licensed).

Skills:

• Expertise in estate planning, asset protection, and tax-related matters.
• Experience drafting and implementing trusts and estate documents.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
