Duties

• Manage individual caseload of creditor bankruptcy and foreclosure-related matters
• Draft and review bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collection-related pleadings
• Maintain personal calendar, ensuring preparation for hearings and deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Assist management with firm-wide projects
• Meet production and performance standards for the position
• Maintain a full caseload, including court appearances for cases

Requirements

• 0-7 years of legal experience
• Colorado bar license required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Colorado bar license
