This role requires proficiency in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, research, writing, depositions, and e-discovery.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload, including civil, business, commercial, and estates & trusts litigation matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Take depositions, prepare discovery requests, and manage e-discovery processes.
• Represent clients in both state and federal court hearings, motions, and trials.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop strategies and case theories.
• Maintain client relations and provide expert legal counsel to clients throughout case progression.
• Utilize strong research and writing skills to build compelling legal arguments and support litigation.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience in civil, business, commercial, and estates & trusts law.
• Experience handling both state and federal court matters.
• Ability to manage a portable book of business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated proficiency in legal writing, research, and case preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Minnesota Bar License (Required).
