Opportunity for a talented and proactive Practice Assistant to become an invaluable support to two esteemed Partners within our International Funds team.

About the role

You will provide comprehensive support to two Partners in the International Funds team, playing a vital role in their practices.

This role offers the chance to take initiative and anticipate the needs of our Partners, leveraging your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to stay one step ahead. Daily tasks will be varied and will include, but are not limited to, legal document management, client relations, financial administration, file management, collaboration with the Business Development team, diary management, travel coordination, and general administrative support.

What experience are we looking for?

Minimum of 2 years or more in a legal support role (such as Legal Assistant, Practice Assistant, Legal Executive or Legal Secretary)

Sound knowledge of the monthly billing process in a legal environment - experience with Elite highly regarded

Typing speed of 70 wpm

Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to analyse, problem solve and apply appropriate use of judgment

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, choosing an appropriate style for your audience

Well-developed interpersonal skills
