Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior associate in New York City with a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate, and/or real estate. Experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is a plus.

Duties

• Advise clients on securitization and structured finance transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to structured products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate finance matters.
• Provide legal counsel on real estate finance transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Solid law firm work experience.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
