Duties

• Manage Dissolution of Marriage and Allocation of Parental Responsibilities cases from start to finish.
• Litigate cases and motions in court effectively.
• Assist with hearings as needed by team members.
• Prioritize and organize client cases to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Apply knowledge of the Rules of Evidence to strategically litigate cases.
• Conduct formal discovery and determine appropriate timing for service.
• Contribute to a professional and energetic team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law (preferred).
• Colorado Bar License (required).
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Denver, CO 80222 (required).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Colorado Bar License.
