Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including business disputes, commercial litigation, and real estate issues.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and conducting depositions.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies aligned with clients' goals.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations, and when necessary, prepare for trial and courtroom advocacy.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout their cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Virginia State Bar.
• At least 2 years of experience in litigation, with a preference for experience in business and commercial disputes or real estate law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
