Harrisonburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney preferably with 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in one or more of the following disciplines: OSHA/MSHA defense; commercial and personal civil litigation; estate/fiduciary defense or employment law defense. The candidate will assist in all aspects of trial and case development, including the drafting of pleadings, pre-trial discovery, witness development and preparation, legal research, brief writing, motions practice, and participating in trials. Expect significant courtroom experience and client contact; the OSHA litigation team includes nationwide practice with travel opportunities. Experience in administrative proceedings is also a plus.
