• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their cases.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
• Manage case files and documentation, ensuring thorough and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Proven experience in civil litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with legal administrative procedures.
• Effective negotiation skills and ability to advocate on behalf of clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with legal research tools, such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
