Duties

• Represent and advise lenders and borrowers in various financing transactions.
• Structure, negotiate, document, and close domestic and international transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related documents.
• Analyze issues under the UCC and the Bankruptcy Code.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; admitted to the New York Bar.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in banking and finance.
• Strong background in lending; lender-side experience preferred.
• Familiarity with letters of credit; exposure to trade or fund finance is advantageous.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York Bar.
