Job Overview:
A prominent law firm in Braintree, MA, specializing in civil RICO and fraud litigation, is seeking a skilled Complex Litigation Associate Attorney. The role offers an opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, with occasional office visits required. This position focuses on high-profile litigation cases, and the successful candidate will manage a variety of tasks such as research, discovery, and investigation related to complex RICO and fraud cases.

Duties:

• Conducting investigations and case assessments to support complex litigation matters
• Managing discovery processes, including document review and coordination with other parties
• Performing in-depth legal research and drafting detailed reports, motions, and other documents
• Assisting senior attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation
• Reviewing evidence, preparing summaries, and analyzing case facts
• Collaborating with clients, experts, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining an organized approach to case management, ensuring deadlines are met
• Participating in meetings and occasional court appearances as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in complex litigation, preferably with exposure to RICO and fraud cases
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations while managing multiple tasks
• Prior experience in large-scale litigation preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Massachusetts Bar License
