Duties:

• Manage a broad range of U.S. and international trademark portfolios

• Conduct in-depth trademark clearance, including risk assessment and strategy development

• Draft and prosecute complex trademark applications before the USPTO and foreign IP offices

• Advise clients on branding strategies, enforcement actions, and opposition matters

• Coordinate with foreign associates on international filings and disputes

• Provide legal support related to copyright and entertainment-related matters as needed

• Engage in client-facing communication, particularly with Spanish-speaking clients

• Maintain a high-volume docket with efficiency and precision

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of direct trademark experience with an emphasis on clearance and prosecution

• Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English

• Proven ability to handle complex trademark matters independently

• Prior exposure to entertainment industry clientele is preferred

• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong academic performance required

Certifications:

• Admission to at least one U.S. State Bar in good standing

• Eligibility for admission in Colorado if not currently licensed in the state
