Duties

• Collaborate with the Collections department to manage cases effectively.
• Engage in civil litigation, including motion practice and trials.
• Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates.

Requirements

• Admitted and in good standing to practice law in Virginia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and legal research tools.
• Knowledge of debt collection preferred.
• Courtroom experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
