Review Manager – Remote
The candidate will manage document review projects end to end, including project staffing, set-up, training, information technology and security, and all customer needs. Provide high level substantive review workflow and review strategy advice to customers. Provide input for general management, including scheduling, resource allocation, revenue projections and operational process and procedures. Ensure that reviews are completed on time and within budget, looking for opportunities to surprise and delight the customer at every touchpoint. Establish and follow systematic project communications among our customers, project teams, and Level Legal. Train teams on the substantive legal issues relevant to each project, as well as expectations for internal and external communications. Work alongside our recruiting team to identify and give feedback as needed for appropriate candidates for additional projects or advancement. Provide daily client-facing reporting using Power BI, ensuring our customers receive the most accurate information possible in an insightful, helpful format. Be willing to teach your team through servant leadership, including coordination of onsite facilities (if required), remote and logistic considerations for each project, and be first to work and last to leave during tight deadlines when the team is working late. Validate payroll and time utilization at regular intervals throughout each working day. Must be an active U.S.-licensed attorney in good standing with a U.S. state bar. Must have 2+ years of experience managing complex document review projects and Four-plus years of experience with document review as an attorney in any capacity. Significant hands-on Relativity experience and knowledge required. Advanced certifications are a plus (i.e., Relativity Certified Administrator or Brainspace Certified Administrator). Possess the “excellence reflex”: The status quo is never good enough. Attentive to detail, resourceful, and driven. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities. Must be a self-starter and have demonstrated skills as a strong team player. Proven decision making and judgment skills; Advanced problem-solving experience (Level Legal will require testing in these areas before hiring). These skills are critical to success in this position. Expert technical aptitude in various applications; including all modern Microsoft applications, Occasional travel.
