Senior Director - Product Management
Duties: The candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and deployment of new products/features and overseeing the delivery of critical platform risk and compliance capabilities in accordance with the broader product strategy and roadmap. Should have demonstrated the ability to lead, recruit, grow and retain high-caliber talent and constantly strive to deliver world-class products and capabilities in a highly complex environment. Oversee successful delivery of complex strategic initiatives designed to enable incremental cross-border volumes in accordance with multi-year plans. Provide oversight (with a high degree of accountability) of planning and execution of platform support for global risk and compliance products. Collaborate with peers and senior leaders to align product strategies and ensure proper coordination and messaging where appropriate. Provide executive briefings and ensure awareness of product rollout and migration. Lead a team (with people management responsibility) delivering enhancements to the product architecture to allow originators to deliver payments across borders as well as to reduce barriers for new use cases (generally tied to data, regulatory compliance, risk, or other ecosystem factors). Lead efforts targeted at driving progress with Push to Card for remittances and disbursements on a global basis, with particular emphasis on North America, Europe, and CEMEA. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of product managers.
