Duties

• Assist in providing daily advice and counsel on special education and disability matters.
• Support litigation efforts related to student services and disabilities.
• Engage with the California Office of Administrative Hearings and other relevant agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents for senior attorneys.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of legal experience in relevant practice areas.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
