Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to nursing home and assisted living facility issues.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
