Requirements

• 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
• Experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois or Texas.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
