A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Tulsa, OK. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of litigation attorneys to address complex legal and logistical challenges. This role supports the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location and requires a commitment to client service.

Duties

• Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from claim process through litigation and trial.
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Communicate and maintain positive client relationships.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma.
• At least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
