Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:

A well-established litigation-focused law firm in Tulsa, OK is seeking a skilled associate to join its personal injury team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a variety of plaintiff-side litigation matters from intake through trial, working alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to client advocacy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Oversee a portfolio of personal injury cases, guiding them from inception through trial

• Negotiate and communicate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout their case

• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and correspondence

• Participate in and conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Represent clients effectively during court proceedings, including jury trials

• Ensure all legal procedures and ethical standards are followed throughout case progression

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation

• Experience handling plaintiff cases preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Member in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy abilities

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
