Immigration EB-5 filings Occasional EB-5 project assignments; Regional Center compliance. Staying abreast of industry changes. Research and analysis Writing blog posts. Drafting requests for evidence for USCIS. Adjustment of Status/Consulate Issues Sourcing funds (forensic accounting). Client interaction (especially high net worth individuals as well as developers).
