Duties

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake to resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Advocate for clients in court and go to trial when necessary.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.
• Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong deposition skills and trial-readiness.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
• Experience in negotiating settlements and ADR processes.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
