A law firm seeks a skilled and driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Beverly Hills, CA. The attorney will manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring strong client advocacy and effective litigation strategies.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from intake to resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Go to trial when necessary and advocate for clients in court.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic case approaches.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and team members.
• Ensure all deadlines and legal requirements are met.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong deposition skills and trial-readiness.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
• Experience in negotiating settlements and working through ADR processes.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain composure in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership
